Fashion & apparel

The evening the campaign closes, your quantities by factory are ready.

Showroom during Fashion Week, department store appointments, regional agents, in-season reorders: every order is entered just once, by colour × size, on a tablet, even with no network. No more copied-out order forms or consolidation spreadsheet.

A fashion brand’s showroom: rails of the collection and a table of fabric swatches.

What gets in the way today, and what ALTORE changes

The campaign is over, and the re-keying begins.

Scribbled sizes, abbreviated colourways, “same as last season”: every paper order form goes back into a spreadsheet, then into each factory’s file. That is where colour mistakes and production delays are born. With ALTORE, the rep fills in the colour × size grid in front of the buyer. The order form with images goes out by email or WhatsApp, and quantities are consolidated by factory without being re-typed.

You only find out how the campaign went after it closes.

Showroom in Paris, agent in Milan, appointment at a department store: everyone keeps their own notebook, and nobody knows along the way which styles will reach the factory minimum. ALTORE shows sales from each showroom and each agent live, by style, and compares the season with the same season last year. You know before the close what to put into production.

Reorders slip through between two campaigns.

Once the season is under way, boutiques reorder when they think of it, by email or phone, and some never reorder at all. On their portal in your brand colours, they find their pieces, place their own reorders and track their deliveries. Those that go quiet are followed up automatically.

A typical order

A multi-brand boutique from Tokyo, at an appointment in your showroom during Fashion Week: 14 styles, 3 colourways on average, sizes 0 to 3. The rep opens the boutique’s history from last season, applies the standard assortment and adjusts two sizes. The account’s prices and deposit apply automatically, and the order form goes out in the buyer’s language before she leaves the showroom.

The season, step by step

  1. Before: the line sheet shared by link, appointments booked online.
  2. During the campaign: orders entered in the showroom, at trade shows and by agents, with live figures.
  3. Close: minimums and deposits checked, quantities exported by factory and to your ERP.
  4. In season: reorders from the portal, quiet boutiques followed up.

Frequently asked questions

Each style has its own size grid: is that handled?

Yes. A coat in 34–44, a shirt in S–XL and a one-size scarf are each entered in their own grid.

Can our overseas buyers order from home, in their own language?

Yes. Their portal is available in 8 languages, with their prices and currency, and their order form reaches them in their language.

Do our agents and overseas showrooms see every customer?

No. Each one sees only their own book of customers, and their commissions are calculated.

Our boutiques receive the collection in several deliveries: can that be managed?

Yes. You set the deliveries for each collection, and the boutique picks its own when it orders.
