Footwear

Every pair in the right size, from the stand to the factory.

Sneakers, boots, sandals: your sales team enters pairs in the style’s size grid, applies your size runs in one tap, and the factory receives quantities by size and colourway, with no re-keying.

What gets in the way today, and what ALTORE changes

Eight sizes, four colourways, one paper order form.

A single style quickly means 32 boxes to fill in. On paper, a black 38 turns into a navy 39 when the order is keyed in again, and the mistake shows up on delivery. ALTORE displays the style’s colourway × size grid with a live pair count, even with no network on the stand.

The 35s and 46s that end up on the sale rack.

An order overloaded at the ends of the run leaves the retailer with broken size runs, and they order less the following season. Your size runs can be suggested or made mandatory, your minimums apply to the whole team, agents included, and every exception stays on record.

The 39 sold out in two weeks.

Mid-season, the shoe retailer wants to refill the sizes that sold first, and calls whenever they think of it. From their portal, they reorder their styles themselves and track the arrival of their order. Accounts that have stopped ordering get a follow-up.

A typical order

An independent shoe retailer from Lyon on your stand at MICAM: 6 styles in 2 colourways, women’s sizes 36 to 41. The sales rep applies the 1-2-3-3-2-1 run, i.e. 12 pairs per colourway, and the total shows 144 pairs. They add two extra 38s on the hero style, the minimum is checked and the order form with visuals goes out before the meeting ends.

The season, step by step

  1. Spring-summer and autumn-winter pre-orders: entered in size runs, on the stand or by agents.
  2. Close: minimums and deposits checked, figures consolidated by style and by customer.
  3. Production: quantities by size and colourway sent to each factory and to your ERP.
  4. Between seasons: core styles and best-sellers reordered from the portal.

Frequently asked questions

Can we have women’s, men’s and kids’ size grids?

Yes. Each style carries its own grid, and order entry only shows the sizes actually made.

Can we make size runs mandatory for our retailers?

Yes, or offer them as an option. An administrator can grant an exception, which is recorded in the history.

Can our export buyers read their sizes in UK or US?

You declare each grid’s size conversions once, and the entry grid shows them next to the EU size.
