Home & Décor
The whole collection on your stand, even the pieces still in the workshop.
Maison&Objet, your showroom, a meeting with a concept store or a department store: dimensions, finishes, the customer’s prices and deposit terms right in front of your sales rep, on a tablet, even without a connection.

What gets in the way today, and what ALTORE changes
Twenty square metres for a collection of two hundred items.
Lighting, home textiles, small furniture: most of it stays in the workshop, and a buyer doesn’t order what she can’t see. On the tablet, the whole collection is there, with a full-screen page for every piece: dimensions, finishes, video, 360° or 3D view.
A made-to-order table means six weeks of workshop time committed.
Without a minimum or a deposit, a cancellation costs you the materials and the time. ALTORE applies your minimums and deposits, routes discounts above a threshold for approval, and the deposit is paid online. The customer tracks the arrival date and confirmed lines on their portal.
Candles, on the other hand, get reordered every three weeks.
Vases, cushions, candles: stores reorder as they sell, by email or over the phone, and your team keys it all in again. From their portal, they order on their own at their prices. Those who stop ordering get an automatic follow-up.
A typical order
A Brussels concept store at your Maison&Objet stand: a natural oak coffee table, 120 × 60, four brushed brass pendant lights and a candle reorder. The sales rep shows the table in 360°, since it isn’t on the stand. Minimum and deposit apply, and the order form with images shows exactly the finish sold.
The season, step by step

- Show or showroom: order taken on a tablet, with dimensions and finishes in view.
- Approval: minimums, deposit and discounts checked, order form signed on the spot.
- Production and reorders: quantities sent to the workshop and the ERP, small pieces reordered from the portal.
