One ring in three metals and seven ring sizes means twenty-one possible lines. A wrong metal costs a remake or a return. In ALTORE, the sales rep fills in a material × ring size grid, with an image of every finish, even with no signal at the show.
Your selective distribution depends on what your agents show.
An importer showing the wrong collection, a price from another country doing the rounds: that is how an authorised network gets damaged. In ALTORE, each retailer, territory and importer sees its own catalogue and prices. Visuals are shared only with the customers you authorise.
High-value orders, deposits that come in late.
Without a deposit, production doesn’t start, and chasing it relies on the sales rep’s memory. The customer pays the deposit online from their portal, by bank transfer or card. Late payments are chased in one click, and every exception granted stays on record.

An authorised jeweller from Geneva, at an appointment in your showroom: your signature ring in yellow gold and silver, ring sizes 50 to 56, and two watches from the new collection. The sales rep shows the piece on video and in 360° view, fills in the material × ring size grid, and the deposit set by your terms is paid online.
The season, step by step
- Show or showroom: order entered on a tablet, material and ring size included.
- Approval: minimum, discount and deposit checked, signed order form sent to the retailer.
- Follow-up: deposit paid online, reminders, change requests from the portal.
- Production and reorders: quantities by material and size sent to the workshop and the ERP, core lines reordered by the jeweller.
